Fun On 2 Wheels Terms & Conditions

Payment
  • We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit and PayPal Pay In 3. All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds, Stirling.
Delivery
  • If your order involves a product/s we have in stock at our Norfolk HQ, these will be sent on a 48 hour delivery service with Parcel Force. You will receive tracking details and option to follow 'live tracking'. If you prefer to collect from PE37 we are happy to arrange a time to suit both parties.
  • We wish to offer as many options model and colour options as possible, however we cannot possibly hold every single colour of every model in stock, so some deliveries will be shipped straight to you by the manufacturer - our average delivery time is 4 working days from shipping. You will receive a tracking number and link to follow post shipping. There are no extra fees if your order comes from Europe - we pay this for you.
  • Most orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. Gravity, CRUSSIS and Boardy may take up to 10 working days for final building and processing, though in our experience this is often much quicker. Shipping is then the normal average delivery time.
  • Your parcel will require a signature on delivery – if there will be no one at home to sign, you may wish to use an alternative address, such as a place of work. You will usually be able to collect your parcel from the delivery company if you miss an attempt to deliver, or they will try and re-deliver to you.
Shipping charges
  • The cost of delivery to UK addresses is included in our retail prices, on orders £75.00+.
  • On orders under £75.00 there may be a postage charge, item dependent. This charge will be shown at point of checkout.
Brexit changes
  • We cover all import (tax and duty) charges post-Brexit; there are no hidden fees!
  • Following the Brexit changes, ordering single items such as stands or mudguards are just not viable with a huge increase in shipping charges from Europe, so please try and order your accessories at the same time as your scooter. We carry some stock and will take pre-orders to add items to our next large order too, if you are happy to wait for them.

IMPORTANT - You must check that the delivery box is not damaged BEFORE you sign (or agree for the courier to sign) for your delivery. You are within your rights to check the package and contents before you sign. Please ensure the courier makes a note of this and if there is any damage to the box which may have affected the product inside you MUST check the contents is okay, or refuse the delivery and advise Fun On 2 Wheels you have done this. The order will then be returned to Fun On 2 Wheels or the manufacturer (whoever has shipped the order to you) and be dealt with as a complaint. If you sign for the delivery (or the courier signs on your behalf) you have signed to say the product has reached you in perfect condition. If the product inside is damaged due to poor courier handling but you have signed for the delivery, Fun On 2 Wheels or the manufacturer of the scooter has no way of replacing, refusing, discounting or helping in any other way. If the product inside the box is damaged, but the box itself is in tact, this is dealt with differently - you will be asked to provide pictures of the box in this case.

Returns
We have every faith that you will be very happy with your order, however in the event of incorrect delivery or you wishing to return your scooter to us for any other reason please contact us for advice.

Please note –
We will not accept your return if;
• the machine has been assembled, visibly used, is marked or dirty
• the item is not returned in its original packaging, in an unremoved state (if the product has been removed from the packaging we will not accept your return, unless faulty)
• the item is not returned with all components, the handbook (if included in the first instance) and original packaging
• the machine has been damaged in transit back to Fun On 2 Wheels due to insufficient re-packing
• the time since your delivery is over our 30 day returns period

Please advise us of any issues or damages to the product within 24 hours of your delivery arriving - this does not include if the box arrived damaged, please see note above. Any correspondence should be emailed to info@funon2wheels.co.uk, with a note including your order number, a description of the problem and with pictures attached. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

We prefer to arrange for our courier company (Parcel Force) to collect the parcel from your home, so we can be available for the delivery. You will need to be at home to hand over the parcel; there is a charge for this service of £50 for each boxed kick scooter, to go towards covering the cost of a second shipping back to us. This will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise, parcels are returned at your own cost and we strongly recommend you obtain certificate of postage or use a trackable service as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our care. Any refunds due will be issued only once items are returned to us in satisfactory condition. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. 

Product warranty
All products we supply come with a warranty from the manufacturer. These details should be included in your delivery and can also be found on their own website. Most of the time any warranty enquries will be dealt with by Fun On 2 Wheels, the retailer, however in some cases you will deal with the manufacturer directly. We are likely to also take advice from the manufacturer to deal with your query. Please inform us as soon as possible if you believe your product to be defective. It may be that a defective part or component of your machine may be repaired or replaced to return the item to good working order. The manufacturer’s decision and warranty terms are final.

Product components
Fun On 2 Wheels publish exact specification given by the manufacturer, however due to the turbulent component supply situation, all manufacturers reserve the right to use alternative components without prior warning - they will always try and provide an equal, or better quality match than advertised for function, durability and appearance.


When you receive confirmation of your order, this indicates your order has been received by Fun On 2 Wheels. At this stage no contract exists between us. A contract between you and Fun On 2 Wheels only exists when you receive an invoice from us. This term has been added in the case that a mistake has been made in our pricing or we are unable to supply a particular product (for example your chosen colour is unavailable from the manufacturer at that time and we have not been informed). We will always contact you to advise you of any situation that may arise of this nature.
